Design & Creativity Through Collaboration

Have you gone to a local kitchen and bath store to learn they will not work with you until you pay a nonrefundable design fee having no idea what the concept will be and how much it will cost? We think there is a better way to go about the design process. Why not invite us over to your home so we can get to know you and how you live. Show us around, let’s talk about what things you like and what things you could change. Give us some time to sketch your space and measure it twice for accuracy! All of this should take an hour or less of your precious time. Give us a day or two to put ideas to the computer and send you full color 3d’s of what we can do!

Design & Order Process

In order to be ready to start a kitchen or bath project several things need to happen. The first thing to do is come to the showroom and get to know us and the products you can choose from. We then need to measure your space and get to know how your live. Be prepared to tell us what type of appliances you want when we measure. A 3d design will be created and sent for your review. Come back to the showroom to refine the design with us in person and get a quote for the cost of the idea. When you are ready to commit to work with us we will collect a $1,000 non refundable deposit.

You will be given the detailed cabinets plans with room measurements when the deposit is collected. You will receive a cabinet material list with detailed costs for each item. Your design will be revised as needed until it is perfect for you. We will order samples of cabinets in the finishes you would like to see and countertops. These items are yours to keep and use to pick out tile wood flooring etc with our interior designer. A final list of appliances should be given to us to make sure the cabinet plan will fit them. We include the spec pages on appliances and sinks with cabinet orders.

If you would like to know the contractors we trust we will introduce you to the best in our area. You can interview each of them and decide who is the best to hire for your project. After choosing the contractor and discussing an installation schedule it is time to order. A 50% deposit is required to order cabinets, countertops, and handles. The remaining balance is due when the products arrive to the local delivery service. Let us know when you want delivery to occur and we will set it up!

When your contractor is preparing your kitchen for the new plan we will meet them to review the plan and needed utility locations for all appliances and sinks. This will help all parties to be sure to be on the same page with the details. We also prefer to meet the cabinet installer to review what goes where when the cabinet installation begins. Our last on site meeting will be with the countertop fabricator when they come to measure for installation. We strive to make the process hassle free for you from beginning to end…
